Terms & Conditions – land&water x Naturalmat x Stripe & Stare

These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and land&water of Watergate Bay Hotel Ltd, On the Beach, Watergate Bay, Cornwall, TR8 4AA                 

 

ELIGIBILITY

The competition is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over. 

The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:

  • Employees of land&water, Watergate Bay Hotel Ltd and its respective subsidiaries and associated companies.
  • Immediate family members of land&water, Watergate Bay Hotel Ltd employees or members of their household.

      land&water assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.

       

      HOW TO ENTER

      Entry to the competition is managed by land&water online at

      There is no entry fee and no purchase required. 

       

      ENTRY CONDITIONS

      Entries will be submitted online.

       

      PROMOTION PERIOD

      The Promotion opens at 00:01 on Thursday 15th February 2024 and closes at midnight on Thursday 29th February 2024. Only entries received before the closing date will be entered into the free prize draw.

       

      PRIZE

      The prize of one (1) 1 x Naturalmat ‘The Trendy Topper’  in a size of the winner's choice and (1) 1 x Stripe & Stare soft brushed woven pyjama set and (1) 1 x (8) 8 pack of Stripe & Stare knickers in the shape and design of the winner's choice, and one (1) land&water Sleeptime bundle,  and one (1) land&water Bathtime bundle,  and one (1) land&water Unplug bundle per entrant must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. Prizes are not available in conjunction with any other offer. The Naturalmat prize must be placed on the winner’s behalf via a member of the Naturalmat team; there will be no exchange of a physical voucher and/or credit code.

      There is no cash alternative. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

       

      SELECTION OF WINNER

      All eligible entries will be entered into the free prize draw. 

      One (1) winner will be selected at random on Friday 1st March 2024 by land&water and in accordance with these terms and conditions. The draw will be supervised by an independent person. 

      The winning entry will be the first one who is selected at random from all of the correct entries.

      land&water will notify the winner by email giving the winner 36 hours to supply a UK mainland postal address to receive the prize.

      We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we do not receive a written response from the winner within 36 hours of notification or have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

      The name and home county of the winners will be available for one (1) month after the end of the Promotion Period from hello@and-and-water.co.uk

       

      GENERAL

      By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice), by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

      All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.

      Personal information collected from entrants will be used by land&water in connection with the competition. 

      By entering the competition you agree to the use of your name, address and/or photograph as well as attending any required publicity events without any additional compensation if you are the winner.

      These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
